AUBURN ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT AUTOGRAPH POLICY FOR REQUESTS FROM
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Important information

Non-profit organizations may request one autographed picture OR one autographed football per calendar year. The autographed picture will be provided and shipped to you free of charge, once your request has been approved.

Footballs may be purchased from the Auburn Team Shop OR you may mail in or drop off a football, once your request has been approved. Additional information on how to purchase a football from the Team Shop and on mailing in or dropping off a football will be provided by email, once your request has been approved. We are unable to accept footballs that have been mailed in or dropped off without pre-approval.

Please do not purchase your football until your request has been approved to be permissible. All requests must be approved by our Compliance Office, so we cannot guarantee that all requests will be approved or that once approved, an item will be signed by the date of your event.

Please allow up to 7-14 days for your request to be processed and up to 4-6 weeks for your item to be signed. Please note that the process may take longer during busy times of the year for Auburn Athletics and that we cannot guarantee that items will be signed when a coach is in season.

Due to NCAA rules, we are unable to fulfill any request for autographs from any current student-athlete. It is against NCAA rules for any item signed by a current student-athlete to be auctioned off or used as a part of a fundraiser.

Please complete our autograph request form below, to request an item signed by any of Auburn’s Head Coaches. We are unable to accept requests for autographs from Auburn Assistant Coaches or assist with requests for Former Auburn Athletes.
